Dreamer Expys

Have you ever read a book/watch a move or tv show and thought, "Character X is SOOO much like Nathan/Alan/Alex/Bea/etc.!" ? If so, write it here!

I'll start with the anime Azumanga Daioh.

Chiyo: Freddy Knowlton, since she's the youngest and no one takes her seriously,
Sakaki: Alan Warren, since she may look distant and cold, but he's quite the softie.
Tomo: Alexander Hamilton, since she's rash, bold and brilliant but lazy.
Yomi: Nathan Hale, because she's the straight man of the group and a snarker.
Osaka: Beatrice Whaley, because her head is often in the clouds and makes no sense.

No, I can't say I have ever made any comparisons like that before but I had to laugh at the Azumanga Daioh references. You are so spot on!

OMG! Inuyasha! I know some of these might be a little mean but I couldn't help but think of this.
Inuyasha: Alan
Kagome: Bea
Shippo: Freddy
Mioga the Flea: Knowlton
Kikio: Millie Weaver
and last but not least, my favorite...Miroku: Nathan!

Miroku as Nathan? I think I'm scarred for life at the thought! lol Ok so I'm only on season 6 of InuYasha. Does Miroku ever grow up? I want to hug and smack him at the same time. lol

Though watching the show is definitely going to get more interesting now with Dreamer in my mind...

And this Azumanga Daioh, I've never heard of it. What's it about?

LOL, I put Miroku as Nathan cuz I love them so much! And I don't know. I only ever got to episoide 26...
